Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team with your order number and email address to start your return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the item in its original SINGER® packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and power cords to ensure a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
